As owner and Executive Wedding Planner, Vanessa helps her clients get started on their journey of wedding planning. From the initial consultation she puts you at ease so you can enjoy the planning process. She is a wealth of knowledge; sourcing vendors that fit your taste and budget and will create a checklist to keep you on task. Vanessa runs a tight team of coordinators that will seamlessly step in and coordinate your wedding day.
Vanessa's love for planning and designing events started at a very young age. She has planned successful events for family, friends, and colleagues since she was a teenager. Vanessa's love and passion for planning and designing events led her to take a leap of faith and founded Plan To Perfection. Today, her my highly talented team by her side, Vanessa has the honor and privilege of planning and designing many spectacular events and weddings for many wonderful clients.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin our journey with an initial consultation where we learn all about the Client! We will discuss your styles, personalities, story, and vision for your special event. Additionally, we will go over your budget specifics which will allow us to create a comfortable price point and ensure tour wedding is planned to perfection.
Step 1
CONCEPTUALIZATION OF YOUR EVENT DESIGN
Based on the information the client shares during our initial consultation and budget allocation, we will present you with a custom concept. Together, we will review and edit the final details so that you can be confident in the ultimate vision we set in motion.
Step 2
COLLABORATION WITH THE TEAM
Our team will utilize your event concept and budget to select the specific vendors that will propel the experience the couple has envisioned. PLAN TO PERFECTION will ensure the client’s active participation at all stages of the planning. This includes event design, venue selection, floral arrangement and decor, photography, videography, caterer, cake selection, transportation and much more.
